Abstract submission is now closed. We received a large amount of great abstracts and are currently reviewing them for use in the conference program.
Speakers at the 2016 Big Ten and Friends Mechanical and Energy Conference will be considered attendees of the event and are expected to pay their own travel expenses and registration fees.
Primary sessions will be limited to 45 minutes, including 10 minutes for Q & A (subject to change). Due to the complexity of determining topic placement, we are unable to accommodate specific date & time requests. Speakers must be available to present any day and time beginning at 9:00 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2016 through 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
Direct promotions of products, services, or monetary self-interest are not appropriate educational sessions. Our members are traditionally vocal in their displeasure with sessions that appear to be sales presentations or promotions.
