Document Services provides a wide variety of specialty services that don’t fit under any of the main product categories. These services range from CD & DVD creation to media shredding. Most of these services are niche services for a small group of customers, but they are of great importance to those customers that need them and Document Services is proud to be able to provide them.

5080 Film Production

Document Services is one of only three vendors in the country to offer 5080 film output. This specialty high resolution film is used in a variety of specialty manufacturing processes, such as the production of computer circuit boards.

CD & DVD Creation

Do you need CDs or DVDs created either as a stand-alone medium for documents or to supplement a course packet, manual, or other printed pieces? Let Document Services take care of your needs. We can take your original cover art and create a professional jewel case for your media.

Delivery Services

Package too big for Campus Mail and too small for Stores & Receiving? Let us deliver your small packages on campus! Small package delivery service can be scheduled on a daily or weekly basis, or arranged on an as-needed basis, for a fee.

Design & File Preparation

We assist customers with minor design tasks. For more extensive design, a list of talented designers who provide their services to the University is available through Public Affairs.

For customers who have designed their work, we can provide additional help with files, including sizing, color adjustments, and photo placement, at a competitive hourly rate.

Representing yourself to the world professionally is of critical importance in landing that all important job you deserve. Let the professionals at Document Services guide you in the preparation and production of your portfolio. We have years of experience with portfolios and can guarantee a professional-looking product. Poster Run

You need to get the word out in a hurry but don’t want to walk all over campus with a big stack of flyers and tacks? Let Document Services do it for you! We will post your flyers on over fifty bulletin boards in campus buildings.

Preservation Scanning & Printing

Document Services scans archival documents to disk, as well as converting scanned images to editable text or saving scans as PDF files, using careful scanning techniques and acid-free papers.

Proofreading

We can proofread documents for compliance with grammatical and formatting standards, using the AP Stylebook or customer specifications. Proofreading must be specifically requested and is provided at an hourly rate.

Shredding

Need to make your documents unreadable and unusable? Let Document Services cut and shred your documents and then dispose of them in an environmentally compliant manner.
