Grants are a crucial part of Energy Conservation’s goal to increase sustainability across campus. To date, the University has secured $14M in grant funding from the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) and the Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation for lighting, energy conservation, and renewable energy projects.

The Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard (EEPS) through the DCEO has designated F&S as the sole contact for all EEPS programs through the university.
