Booths are 10' x 6' (8' back drape & 3' side drape). Each booth is allotted one (1) 6' table with tablecloth and skirting (premier sponsors get two (2) spaces/booths and two (2) tables). The table is not required and the space may be left open for vendor materials if requested. To request an open space, email Robin Royer by May 10, 2022.
Premier sponsor space will be located in the south lounge. Exhibit space for all other levels will be in Illini A, B, and C. See conference room map at the bottom of this page.
Each booth will have one (1) table (premier sponsors get two (2) tables), two (2) chairs (premier sponsors get four (4) chairs), one (1) power strip, and one (1) wastebasket.
All materials must fit INSIDE your booth space. Materials cannot be placed in walkways.

Packages should arrive no earlier than Thursday, May 19, 2022 and should be addressed as follows:
Shippers should track packages to ensure delivery has been made. At the conclusion of the conference, packages to be shipped from Illini Union Hotel must have prepaid labels attached to each package and the vendor is responsible for scheduleing a pickup by their preferred vendor. Vendors must confirm that a pickup has been scheduled and that package is picked up.
*Premier vendors will be in the South Lounge, which will get the highest traffic flow, offering additional opportunities for interaction with conference attendees. Platinum & early registered Gold vendors will be in Illini Room C. Silver and late registered Gold vendors will be in Illini Rooms B & A.
