Campus buildings are separated into six service routes, with approximately 30 buildings each. Each route is maintained by a dedicated Temperature Control mechanic. Service calls are processed by a work-management system and forwarded directly to the specific route mechanic’s phone. Service mechanics are given an individual shop within their route to allow for fast equipping and response. Service route mechanics are responsible for the following:
- Responding to hot, cold, and humidity service calls
- Preventative maintenance and repair of controls for HVAC systems
