Race weekend activities will necessitate street closures and traffic adjustments throughout the Urbana campus.
The Cities of Champaign and Urbana, the Village of Savoy, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District, and numerous community partners are eager to welcome thousands of race participants and fans into our community for the upcoming 2025 Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend, April 24–26. Also, please be aware that this year, Illinois Race Weekend will coincide with Ebertfest and bring an even larger number of out-of-town visitors to the Urbana campus over those dates. Street Closure Reminders
F&S will provide additional closure updates and race reminders on race week. U. of I. and Champaign parking maps are available for reference as additional resources. For university-related transportation questions, contact Transportation Systems Manager Stacey DeLorenzo, 217-300-1750.
