Arbor Day Celebration Event Canceled

The Arbor Day Celebration, scheduled for later today near the Main Quad, has been canceled due to anticipated inclement weather.

Even so, a willow oak was planted in a space south of Foellinger Auditorium as this year’s Arbor Day tree. A new web page will soon be created to help commemorate the occasion; it will feature details about the species and the university’s Tree Campus Higher Education designation.
