Celebrate CU Bike Month by Riding to Work

Eight campus welcome stations will be available to help you make your way to the Urbana campus.

Bike to Work Day!

Ride your bike to campus on Wednesday, September 16, between 7 and 10 a.m., and get a free T-shirt! Welcome stations featuring drinks and snacks will be available across eight university locations for you to bike to work and help celebrate CU Bike Month. You must preregister and bring your bicycle to get the shirt, featuring a new 2026 design.

To help plan your trip, you can view all 18 Champaign County welcome station locations on the official Bike to Work map. If inclement weather arises, the event will be rescheduled for September 17.
