UIUC Students Apply Now: The Diversity Internship Program is accepting applications for 6 different job descriptions are open until April 20. The program will take place June 5-July 28, 2023.
The Diversity Internship Program (DIP) focus on undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing degrees in fields that are typically represented in the construction industry, such as architecture, engineering, and safety. F&S performs functions across so many fields of study and operations that the program also seeks out students who aspire to careers in computer science, communications, human resources, and other fields that provide support to any organization.

F&S provides these students with an opportunity to apply what they are learning in the classroom to real-life, operational situations. The internships provide the students an opportunity to work with individuals who are knowledgeable and experienced. The DIP program is a significant part of a commitment to support the university’s diversity goals, and unit-wide goal to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce. DIP is one way in which F&S feeds the “pipeline” of potential future employees.
