Two street closures will be in effect to support EOH activities beginning Thursday night.

Several street closures will support activities for the upcoming Engineering Open House (EOH) taking place this Friday and Saturday, April 10 and 11. The closures will begin Thursday, April 9, at 7 p.m., ahead of the event.
The 104th Engineering Open House, “Forging the Future,” will present 210 exhibits and 19 special events. Programming will be located indoors and outdoors throughout the North Quad, Bardeen Quad, and nearby buildings. Event maps and parking information are available on the EOH website.
EOH Street Closures: April 9 at 7 p.m. – April 11 at 6 p.m.
- Springfield Avenue (between Wright Street and Mathews Avenue)
- Mathews Avenue (between Green Street and Springfield Avenue)
Note that in addition to EOH, the Beckman Institute Open House and Moms Weekend events are running concurrently at locations across campus. Expect increased pedestrian and vehicular traffic while these activities are underway. Please drive slowly, use caution, and remain alert when on campus this weekend.

Shuttle Service Map
Shuttle service for the EOH will run from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The shuttle route map can be found in the EOH Visitor’s Guide.
Shuttle stops will be available at these locations around the Urbana campus:
- Electrical and Computer Engineering Building
- Everitt Laboratory
- Lot B1
- Lot B22
- Lot E14
Lot B22 will be used for bus parking. Visitors who came by school or charter bus will meet their bus at B22 at the end of their day.
