An intersection closure will necessitate traffic adjustments through mid-January
To complete a water main installation at 505 S. Fifth Street, crews will close the intersection of Fifth Street and Healey Street from Monday, December 22, to Friday, January 16, 2026, weather permitting.
As a result, the following street sections will be closed:
• Fifth Street to through traffic between Green Street and Springfield Avenue.
• Healey Street to through traffic between Fourth Street and Sixth Street.
Temporary two-way traffic will also be temporarily implemented on Healey Street to facilitate traffic reroutes. Access will be maintained to all local properties and businesses throughout the work.
