F&S will maintain limited staff availability over the Campus Holiday Schedule.
From Friday, December 22, 2023, to Monday, January 1, 2024, most shops and departments at F&S will have limited staff availability for the university’s designation of holidays and gift days. However, throughout this period, F&S personnel will continue to support operations at the Urbana campus and respond to high-priority requests and urgent situations.
Please use the my.FS Portal for facility-related requests during this time. For issues needing immediate attention, call the F&S Service Office at 217-333-0340. Calls received on campus holidays, after business hours, and during weekends will be transferred to the Division of Public Safety dispatch.
General questions may still be sent to fsserviceoffice@illinois.edu and will be answered based on F&S Service Office availability over the Campus Holiday Schedule.

Service Office 
The Service Office processes service requests, outages, and utility locates for the campus. The Service Office receives more than 190 work requests per day and averages 10 outage requests and 15 locates per day.
