The Service Office will be staffed on gift days.
Thanks for your continued support and partnership throughout the year. Please use the my.FS Portal for regular facility-related requests during the campus holiday schedule.
For urgent issues and items needing immediate attention, call the F&S Service Office at 217-333-0340. The Service Office will be staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on gift days. Calls received on campus holidays and after business hours will be transferred to the Division of Public Safety dispatch.

Service Office 
The Service Office processes service requests, outages, and utility locates for the campus. The Service Office receives more than 190 work requests per day and averages 10 outage requests and 15 locates per day.
