One westbound lane on Kirby Avenue will be closed between South Oak Street and Neil Street.
To repair the storm sewer and complete associated pavement patching, construction crews will close one westbound lane of Kirby Avenue between Oak Street and Neil Street from Tuesday, March 31, to Monday, April 6, weather permitting. During the closure, westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area.
