Illinois Chief Engineers & Facility Managers Conference

The Illinois Chief Engineers & Facility Managers Conference will be held Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 28 and 29, at the Holiday Inn, 101 Trade Center Drive, Champaign. Facilities & Services (F&S) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC) are cohosts of the two-day event, which is the 72nd annual meeting of this group.

During the two days, informational sessions and discussions will feature presenters from F&S, SEDAC, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Vendor exhibits and engagement will include Ameren Illinois; Alpha Controls; SC-B Consulting, Inc.; Spirotherm; ENECON; Metropolitan Pumps; and Hawkeye Energy.

This training conference offers high-quality educational sessions on the latest technologies and applications used in the efficient and sustainable operation of buildings. Industry experts will deliver presentations and give attendees the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and discuss common interests. This conference is intended for public and private sector chief engineers, facility managers, and other vital operations/maintenance staff responsible for optimizing building systems and equipment performance.
