Noontime Knowledge – Well-Being Services

Aug 13, 2025 | 3:49 pm

F&S next Noontime Knowledge Virtual Event will feature campus' Faculty/Staff Assistance and Well-Being Services (FSAWS)

Did you know that the university offers well-being services to faculty and staff? On Wednesday, August 20, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is excited to have two guest speakers from Faculty/Staff Assistance and Well-Being Services (FSAWS) to explain what is available to you! Assistant Director Sara Maxwell and Program Assistant Yasmin Ofiana will give a “Well-Being Services Overview,” offering an opportunity to learn about the support for creating and maintaining sustainable, healthy habits. Together, we will

  • Discover the goal and functions of FSAWS
  • Explore the wellness activities, challenges, and programs available to help faculty and staff reach their goals (in all eight dimensions of wellness), including
    • Annual initiatives
    • Semesterly programs
    • Resources and services
    • Additional complimentary wellness engagement opportunities

Please bring your questions about these benefits; there will be time to ask them after the presentation.
