Did you know that the university offers well-being services to faculty and staff? On Wednesday, August 20, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee is excited to have two guest speakers from Faculty/Staff Assistance and Well-Being Services (FSAWS) to explain what is available to you! Assistant Director Sara Maxwell and Program Assistant Yasmin Ofiana will give a “Well-Being Services Overview,” offering an opportunity to learn about the support for creating and maintaining sustainable, healthy habits. Together, we will
- Discover the goal and functions of FSAWS
- Explore the wellness activities, challenges, and programs available to help faculty and staff reach their goals (in all eight dimensions of wellness), including
- Annual initiatives
- Semesterly programs
- Resources and services
- Additional complimentary wellness engagement opportunities
Please bring your questions about these benefits; there will be time to ask them after the presentation.
