Quad Day Closures

Please be advised of several upcoming closures to support student event activities for Quad Day on Sunday, August 24. This year’s event will run from noon to 4 p.m. Still, associated closures will begin that morning to help aid with setup efforts and enhance pedestrian safety as participants start to gather for the event.

 Gregory Street

• Gregory Drive between Sixth Street and the Morrow Plots crosswalk/Mumford Hall parking lot entrance will be closed to vehicular traffic from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Natural History Building – Woolly Mammoth Sculpture

• The bike rack installations south of the Natural History Building, adjacent to the Woolly Mammoth sculpture will be closed to support Quad Day exhibit space.

Parking Lot Between Smith Memorial Hall and the Literatures, Cultures, and Linguistics Building

• Parking spaces in lot D2 (departmental/unit only) and the turnaround driveway will be unavailable from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
