Rescheduled Date for Service Request App Upgrade

The Service Request application in the my.FS Portal will be updated on Tuesday, February 10, with the same design enhancements previously applied to other modules, such as AiM Account Request, Car Pool, and Voucher. This improvement work was rescheduled from December to give F&S Information Technology Services (ITS) and project partner Mobisoft additional time to continue testing the upgraded module.
No significant maintenance downtime for the portal is expected ahead of this transition; individuals will be able to log in as usual once the changeover occurs early that morning. These ongoing portal upgrades continue F&S’ ongoing initiative to enhance existing web-based software and improve the overall user experience for campus stakeholders. The adjustments also include implementing Duo security verification and using a NetID and password as a single sign-on.
