A stretch of Springfield Avenue will be closed beginning in May to facilitate pavement repairs.
Springfield Avenue will be closed between South Wright Street and North Mathews Avenue from 7 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, for pavement improvements. Access to all properties along Springfield Avenue will be maintained during the project, though no through traffic will be allowed.
Motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to travel carefully through this and all construction areas, and follow marked detours.
