Take the Veo Rider Survey

Each year, the university bike-sharing partner Veo conducts a survey to gather user feedback and improve its services.

If you are a Veo user, the company will add $5 in ride credit to your account after you’ve completed the survey (credits will be added within five business days of completing the process). Each rider may take the survey once.

The survey closes Friday, October 31st, 2025. Thanks for considering offering your feedback about Veo and your bike-sharing experiences on the Urbana campus.
