The Service Request application in the my.FS Portal will be updated on Tuesday, December 16, with similar design enhancements previously made to other modules, such as AiM Account Request, Car Pool, and Voucher.
These upgrades continue F&S’ ongoing initiative to enhance existing web-based software and improve the overall user experience for campus stakeholders. The adjustments also include Duo security verification, making it a more seamless experience when using your NetID and password as a single sign-on. No significant maintenance downtime for the portal is expected ahead of this transition; users will be able to log in as usual once the changeover occurs.

For new users or those needing additional assistance with the Service Request app, an updated training video is available, covering how to properly submit a request and attach corresponding documents.
