Illini Grove Lit Paths
Eight light poles have been replaced with new bases, poles, and fixtures that match the campus standard.

This wooded Campus Recreation oasis near Lincoln Ave. and Pennsylvania Ave. in Urbana offers a small piece of a forest but now with updated lighting along walking paths there. Eight light poles have been replaced with new bases, poles, and fixtures that match the campus standard.
Amenities there include a basketball court, sand volleyball court, log pavilion, eight picnic sites, and nine tennis courts. This location supports users coming and going to other Campus Recreation facilities, fraternity and sorority housing, and the McKinley Health Center.
