my.FS Portal Maintenance This Weekend

Applications in the my.FS Portal will be unavailable starting at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 4, for planned maintenance. The web-based software will remain offline throughout the weekend and is expected to return by 1 a.m. on Monday, April 7.

During this period, the following apps will be temporarily affected:

• Car Pool
• Contractor Pricing Proposal
• iStores
• Online Purchase Request
• Service Request
• Voucher
• Other related apps

Until software service returns, vehicle reservations can be made by calling 217-333-3910 or visiting the Garage and Car Pool at 1701 S. Oak Street (Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m.). For additional questions or assistance, contact Neil Franzen franzen2@illinois.edu, 217-333-2890.

For urgent service issues needing immediate attention, continue to call the F&S Service Office at 217-333-0340. Calls received after business hours and on weekends will be transferred to the Division of Public Safety dispatch.
