Westbound traffic for Pennsylvania Avenue between Dorner Drive and Lincoln Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. on Monday, March 27,  to 3:30 p.m .on Friday, April 7, weather permitting. Traffic along the intersecting streets of Dorner Drive and Lincoln Avenue will be impacted by this closure.
