"The Big Sale" Returns This Month

For 25 years, the University YMCA has hosted its annual Dump & Run, collecting quality donated items and selling them at affordable prices through The Big Sale. While Facilities & Services hosts Dump & Run at undergraduate residence halls and graduate apartments during move out, the University YMCA collects donations from community members. The Big Sale consists of gently used furniture, clothes, kitchen supplies, and more.

The Big Sale Dates at Stock Pavilion (1402 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Urbana)

• • Saturday, August 22 – 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    • • $5 admission; Free for Parkland and University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign students

• • Sunday, August 23 – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

    • • FREE admission; $3 bag sale and half-priced furniture

• • Sunday, August 23 – 2:30p.m. to 3 p.m.

    • • FREE sale; Leftover items are free
