UI Ride

UI Ride shuttle service between the Urbana and Chicago campuses

UI Ride is an intercampus shuttle service connecting Urbana-Champaign and Chicago to provide an affordable, efficient, and convenient mode of transportation for the University of Illinois System faculty, staff, and students. All shuttles are wheelchair accessible and can seat up to 18 passengers. On-board amenities include free Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, a restroom, and collaborative workspace. UI Ride gets you where you need to go without losing productivity and without worrying about traffic and navigation with routes that will run Monday through Friday multiple times each day.

The University of Illinois System’s UI Ride shuttle service is operated by Facilities & Services at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in collaboration with Facilities Management at the University of Illinois Chicago.
