Utility Locating
The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is a member of JULIE, the one-call system in Illinois for excavators.
In accordance with state law, individuals must contact JULIE prior to any excavation work at (800) 892-0123 or 811. Visit www.illinois1call.com for more information.
If damage occurs during excavation on the Urbana campus, call JULIE to submit an emergency locate, as the damage may have occurred to utility infrastructure that does not belong to the university.
